Her performances there included the title role in Anna Karenina and Constance Middleton in The Constant Wife—roles in both drama and comedy that showcased her versatility and depth. The success of her work led to an invitation to reprise her portrayal of Constance at the renowned Spoleto Festival in the USA, further cementing her reputation as a compelling stage presence.

In television and film, Paris has appeared opposite some of the most respected names in the industry including Diane Lane, Adrian Lester, and Ellen Burstyn, among others. As Marla in Y: The Last Man, she received high praise from Vulture, TV Podcast Industries, and CNN Radio for her riveting portrayal of the First Lady on the brink of collapse.
